## Description

* Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Dokumentationen, Regelwerken und Arbeitsanweisungen
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen (z. B. IT-Sicherheit, Phishing, Passwortschutz, Datenschutz im Arbeitsalltag)
 * Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, E-Learnings und praxisnahen Leitfäden für verschiedene Zielgruppen
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Fortschreibung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Notfallplänen
 * Beratung und Schulung von Fachabteilungen zur Nutzung von IT-Anwendungen sowie Sensibilisierung für IT-Sicherheit
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten sowie Anwenderunterstützung bei Rollouts, Schulungen und Dokumentationen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und dem Schulungsteam
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutzmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Datenschutzbeauftragten
