## Description

* Unterstützung im Hard- und Software-Support in Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team
 * Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung von Telefonie- und Mobile-Device-Management-Systemen
 * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von IT-Tickets im zentralen System
 * Eskalation komplexer Störungen an nachgelagerte Support-Ebenen inkl. Anwenderkommunikation
 * Anwendersupport in Windows-Umgebungen, insbesondere Microsoft Office und Konferenztechnik
 * Benutzerverwaltung, Accountpflege sowie Softwarebereitstellung und -installation
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
 * Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Beschaffung und Verwaltung von IT-Equipment
 * Unterstützung des operativen Betriebs, z. B. bei Umzügen und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
