* Durchführung von Migrationen und Updates unter Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs

Incident Management und Lösungsimplementierung gemeinsam mit den Clients
Planung im Projektteam, Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Anwenderbetreuung der neu eingeführten Systeme
Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur des Unternehmens, hauptsächlich auf Basis von Microsoft 365
Verantwortung für die Systemüberwachung und -dokumentation
