This role partners closely with Product Managers, TPMs, Engineers, Business Partners, and Leadership to drive product discovery, planning, delivery, and portfolio alignment while ensuring all product vision, planning, and development activities are grounded in Agile and Product Values & Principles. Agilists foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement by helping teams evolve strategies and delivery approaches based on customer feedback, business outcomes, and data-driven insights. They champion Agile ways of working, coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and mindsets, and keep teams focused on achieving product goals through effective planning, collaboration, transparency, and servant leadership. Through facilitation, metrics, dependency management, and continuous coaching, Agilists enable high-performing teams that consistently deliver value, improve customer outcomes, and drive positive organizational change.
