Client & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the single point of accountability (SPOC) for onsite client interactions. * Lead client communication for escalations, major changes, and service reviews. * Translate client expectations into actionable delivery plans for offshore teams. * Own critical incident response and escalation handling, including root cause analysis and recovery governance. * Drive corrective action plans and track closure of service improvement initiatives. * Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and initiate Service Improvement Plans (SIP) . * Lead adoption of automation and efficiency initiatives (e.g., firewall policy automation) * Improve process maturity, documentation standards, and SOP adherence. C. Audit, Risk & Compliance Alignment * Support audit readiness across Network Security, BCP/DR, and IT Risk domains. * Ensure documentation accuracy, evidence management, and control adherence. * Manage risk identification and mitigation actions.
