Qualifications We Prefer: + Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries. + Deep knowledge of systems engineering, software development, and large-scale solution integration. + Familiarity with Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) or similar systems. + Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams. ## Description Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Solution Train Engineer (STE)** to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Design Agent / Engineering Services (DA/ES) program. The STE will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of multiple ARTs across the solution train, ensuring alignment with program goals, customer requirements, and organizational objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the SAFe methodology and a proven ability to foster collaboration, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across complex software and systems development initiatives. This position is based in St. Petersburg, FL and is an ONSITE role. An active US Secret security clearance is required.
