This is a position., * Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline. * 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical project management or Scrum leadership. * Significant experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery workflows in a scaled framework environment. * Significant experience working across a large team to drive a delivery agenda with complex, intertwined data flows. * Experience resolving technical delivery blockers involving enterprise middleware pipelines or database migrations. * Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex technical documentation, particularly sprint logs and dependency maps. * Certified ScrumMaster, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification. * Deep technical understanding of Agile tracking tools and automated portfolio management software. * An active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph. * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. * Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces. * Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. ## Description The Scrum Master operates as a dedicated servant-leader whose primary objective is to ensure that individual Agile development and configuration teams function at peak efficiency.
