This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities, adaptability, and a willingness to travel throughout the state to support critical operations., * Approximately 10+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure, surveillance systems, servers, or related enterprise technologies. * Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers and switches (3+ years preferred). * Experience supporting web filtering and network security solutions, including Palo Alto and/or Zscaler (1-2+ years preferred). * Experience supporting video surveillance systems, including network, server, workstation, and storage components (1-2+ years preferred). * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to travel regularly to support statewide locations. The base range for this contract position is $35.00- $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations.
