 * Proven experience working with US Navy submarine.

 * US Navy submarine Ship Control Systems.
 * Computer programming

## Description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

 * Support Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of Fly-By-Wire (FBW) Ship Control Systems (SCS) for U.S. Navy submarines.
 * Review engineering specifications, documents, drawings, and plans,
 * Review system, software, and hardware test procedures.
 * Witness Formal Qualification and System Acceptance Testing at land-based test facilities.
 * Validate requirements.
 * Perform Audits of computer software units.
