 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Windows-Umfeld (Clients, Netzwerke, Peripheriegeräte)
 * Einrichtung, Administration und laufende Pflege von Microsoft 365 sowie Active Directory / Entra ID
 * Erstellung und aktuelle Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Hilfestellungen
