## About the Role

* Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification
 * At least 5 years of professional experience in operating and developing management systems, ideally up to certification level
 * Proven expertise in IT compliance, with certifications such as CISM and IT Service Management
 * Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
 * Strong team player with confident interpersonal skills
 * Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
 * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

## Description

* Conduct threat and risk assessments
 * Manage internal and external audits as well as penetration tests
 * Prepare and deliver security awareness initiatives
 * Oversee and assess security-relevant external service providers and services
 * Support and advise on medium- to high-priority security incidents
 * Provide consulting and reviews for projects, IT locations, production environments (OT), and digital products with regard to organizational and process-related information security
 * Take responsibility for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of global information security standards, policies, and baselines
 * Support local business units in operating and further developing local ISMS frameworks and implementing regulatory requirements
 * Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Data Protection, Compliance, Corporate Security, and Risk Management
