* Verantwortung für das Betriebssystem-Deployment sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Client- und Endpoint-Umgebung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Deployment-Strukturen inkl. Task-Sequenzen (z. B. Anwendungen, Treiber, Updates)
 * Softwarepaketierung und -verteilung (z. B. über Matrix42, SCCM oder vergleichbare Tools)
 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des Patchmanagements
 * Administration moderner Workplace-Umgebungen (Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune)
 * Betreuung von Active Directory inkl. Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
 * 2nd- und teilweise 3rd-Level-Support im Client-Umfeld sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern
 * Verwaltung und Lifecycle-Management von Hard- und Software
 * Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur durch Automatisierung (z. B. PowerShell)
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
