DESIRED SKILLS & FRAMEWORKS * Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist credentials. * Experience integrating Agile practices with Risk Management Framework (RMF) or secure government development environments * Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills tailored for technical audiences and government stakeholders. ## Description Red Arch Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to drive Agile software development processes for an enterprise metadata and data tagging initiative supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Working closely with the Program Management Office and technical leads, the Scrum Master will provide operational leadership to cross-functional teams focused on Data Engineering and DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate Agile methodologies into secure federal environments, ensuring efficient delivery of automated metadata capabilities and continuous CI/CD pipeline enhancements., * Agile Governance: Champion Agile methodologies across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
