## Description

Join a dynamic team as an EDI Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data integration and driving continuous improvement in EDI processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and make a significant impact on supply chain operations.
Responsibilities

 * Act as the primary contact for EDI support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
 * Manage and prioritize support tickets to minimize business disruptions.
 * Monitor EDI transaction flows to maintain data integrity and system performance.
 * Build and nurture relationships with trading partners and third-party providers.
 * Oversee partner setups and configurations, ensuring compliance with standards.
 * Analyze data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
 * Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes and solutions.
