## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, * 2 years professional IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience or equivalent completed schooling

 * Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and mobile devices
 * Ability to work and frequently walk in a 1.2 million sq ft warehouse environment with a variety of cold to ambient temperatures
 * Knowledge of Windows OS systems and basic networking
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and User Account Management preferred

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of professional IT support, experience troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and mobile devices, and more listed below.
