## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph with this Customer.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 6+ years of experience in SIGINT, cyber analysis, or TDNA-related roles
 * Experience analyzing communications, network usage, and digital footprints
 * Experience maintaining targeting databases and developing target profiles
 * Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and gap analysis
 * Familiarity with IC missions, tools, and analytic methodologies
 * Ability to work independently and within a team environment
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts
 * Experience developing analytic tradecraft or methodologies
 * Familiarity with scripting or data analysis tools
 * Experience working with multi-source intelligence data and large datasets

## Description

* Conduct analysis of collection and open-source data to generate actionable insights and leads
 * Ensure target continuity by profiling targets, activities, and associated behaviors
 * Develop techniques to acquire additional target information and enhance intelligence collection
 * Maintain databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analytical efforts
 * Build and maintain comprehensive baseline profiles for designated target sets
 * Identify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to collection strategies
 * Apply multiple analytic disciplines, including pattern recognition across communications, network usage, and digital footprints
 * Leverage understanding of IC missions, target cultures, behaviors, and communications technologies to inform analysis
 * Support development of new analytic methodologies and tradecraft
 * Mentor junior analysts on tools, methodologies, and best practices for conducting TDNA
