Knowledge: Having ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives. Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead). Be able to work self-directed., * Develop Factory System solutions for automation primarily using Microsoft .NET * Work with internal IT team for setup and maintenance of systems to enable automation * Contribute to the testing and implementation of test system applications * Help to identify and implement solutions and upgrades to existing solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, equipment maintainability and quality control * Interact with engineers and manufacturing personnel for application requirements * Provide maintenance support such as troubleshooting and problem analysis with internal customers * Develop training for automation solutions developed * Document, test and verify changes related to Factory Systems in an ISO 9001:2015 environment * Perform acceptance testing of new software and assure smooth rollout * Assure reliable 24/7 operation of integrated factory systems (including occasional off-hours on call support) * Cross-train with other team members in applications related to automation, The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Employees will ensure that waste containers are closed after transferring waste to them. Report any incidents involving hazardous waste to supervisor.
