Du übernimmst Verantwortung und gestaltest aktiv:

IT-Administration
\n\n
\n\t

 * Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support rund um Microsoft 365, ERP-Systeme und weitere Cloud-Anwendungen - weil wir Unterstützung bieten\n\t
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer IT-Landschaft\n\t
 * Administration von Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Backup-Lösungen und weiterer Cloud-Dienste\n\t
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Notebooks, Smartphones und weiteren Endgeräten\n\t
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und modernen IT-Betriebs - weil wir tun, was wir sagen\n

Projekte & Weiterentwicklung
\n\n
\n\t

 * Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten - von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung - weil wir Ziele setzen und Erfolge feiern\n\t
 * Einführung neuer Cloud-Lösungen und Technologien\n\t
 * Automatisierung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse\n\t
 * Mitwirkung an Themen wie IT-Security, Microsoft 365, Intune, Identity Management und Infrastruktur\n\t
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Entwicklung von Best Practices\n
