## Description

* Als Application Support Engineer (m/w/d) bist Du erste Anlaufstelle für technische Probleme im Kundenbetrieb und sorgst für eine schnelle und strukturierte Bearbeitung von Supportfällen.
 * Deine zentrale Aufgabe ist die Analyse von Incidents unter Einbeziehung von Logs, Systemen, Datenbanken und Containern.
 * Du stellst sicher, dass Tickets vollständig, nachvollziehbar und reproduzierbar sind.
 * Probleme löst du eigenständig oder übergibst komplexe Fälle strukturiert an die Entwicklung.
 * Darüber hinaus koordinierst Du Supportfälle im 2nd- und 3rd-Level und agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Kundenbetrieb und Entwicklung.
 * Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Aufbau von Know-how durch saubere Dokumentation und aktive Wissensweitergabe im Team., * Betriebssysteme: Windows Server
