* Bearbeitung von Störungen und Supportanfragen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Fehleranalyse und technische Unterstützung direkt vor Ort
 * Installation und Bereitstellung von Windows-, macOS- und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Technisches Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
 * Betreuung von Microsoft Teams Rooms und Videokonferenztechnik
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an zuständige IT-Fachteams
