Verwaltung und Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere Windows-Server-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365 Sicherstellung der Datensicherung und Durchführung von Backups mit Veeam Einrichtung, Wartung und Monitoring von Firewalls (z. B. Sophos) und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Betreuung von Windows- und ggf. Linux-Systemen Technischer Support und Durchführung von Kundeneinsätzen vor Ort Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Infrastruktur und Sicherheit Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Optimierung der IT-Prozesse
