Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Supportanfragen von Mitarbeitenden Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie Weiterleitung komplexer Probleme an entsprechende Fachabteilungen Dokumentation und Pflege der Supportfälle im Ticketsystem Installation und Konfiguration von Soft- und Hardware sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und -Anwendungen
