## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt SD und/oder MM
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Projekten (Public oder Private Edition)
 * Fundiertes Wissen in den End-to-End-Prozessen:
 * Order-to-Cash (SD)
 * Procure-to-Pay (MM)
 * Gute Kenntnisse der Integration zu FI/CO und weiteren angrenzenden Modulen
 * Erfahrung mit SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard und modernen Implementierungsmethoden
 * Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und andere Menschen fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung, Projektleitung oder Mentoring von Consultants
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Als SAP Solutions Lead (gn) mit Fokus auf SD/MM unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Transformation auf SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public & Private Edition). Neben deiner fachlichen Expertise übernimmst du zunehmend Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsthemen, Mitarbeitenden und Projektstandards innerhalb unseres SAP-Teams.

Du agierst als wichtiger Sparringspartner für Kunden, Projektteams und Management und entwickelst dich perspektivisch in eine führende Rolle innerhalb unserer SAP Practice., * Konzeption, Implementierung und Optimierung von SAP SD- und MM-Prozessen in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

 * Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard-Workshops sowie Beratung zu Best-Practice-Prozessen
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
 * Unterstützung bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Angebotspräsentationen und Kundenworkshops
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Solution Architects sowie angrenzenden Fachbereichen
 * Verantwortung für Teilprojekte oder Workstreams innerhalb komplexer SAP-Programme
 * Coaching und fachliche Unterstützung weniger erfahrener Beraterinnen und Berater
 * Aktive Mitwirkung beim Ausbau unserer SAP SD/MM Community, Methoden und Standards
