## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Security Umfeld, idealerweise mit erster Führungsverantwortung
 * Tiefes technisches Know-How in moderne IT Security Tool Landschaft, speziell in hybriden Setups (u.a. Microsoft XDR, Purview) und AirGapped Umgebungen
 * Fundiertes Verständnis moderner IT Security Architekturen, Security Controls und Betriebsmodelle (z.B. Detection & Response, Infrastructure Protection, IAM, Security Engineering)
 * Erfahrung in Provider-, Vertrags- und SLA-Management sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister
 * Erfahrung in Budget-, Kosten- und Leistungssteuerung von IT Services
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Be an early applicant, * Ende zu Ende Verantwortung für IT Security Services konkret im Bereich Infrastructure Protection (Endpoint, Network, Identity etc.) über den gesamten Service Lebenszyklus (Strategie, Design, Transition, Betrieb, kontinuierliche Verbesserung)
 * Verantwortung für Service Qualität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Kosten und Compliance gemäß vereinbarter Service Level Agreements (SLA)
 * Steuerung und fachliche Führung interner und externer Service Provider inkl. Leistungsüberwachung, Eskalationsmanagement und kontinuierliche Optimierung
 * Budgetverantwortung für die verantworteten IT Security Services inkl. Kosten, Lizenz und Wirtschaftlichkeitssteuerung
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen im IT Security Umfeld
 * Etablierung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs zur Messung von Service Performance, Service Reifegrad und Kundenzufriedenheit
