 * starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Themen verständlich darzustellen und Workshops zu leiten.

 * Organisations- und Koordinationskompetenz, um Integrationsprojekte zwischen Fachbereichen und technischen Teams zu steuern.
 * Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz, um neue Technologien zu evaluieren und Lösungen selbstständig zu entwickeln.

 * sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2) für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld, und fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
