* Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Business-Applikationen
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie nachhaltige Problemlösungen
 * Koordination von Releases, Updates und Systemänderungen
 * Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemlandschaften
