 * Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Störungsmeldungen im Jira-Ticketsystem
 * Analyse, Eingrenzung und Behebung von System- und Anwendungsfehlern im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Betreuung und Administration der Microsoft-365-Umgebung, insbesondere im Bereich Endpoint Management sowie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung
 * Unterstützung und Betreuung von Kollaborationsplattformen wie Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint und Microsoft Exchange Online
 * Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Umfeld von Microsoft 365 und Applikationsmanagement
 * Bereitstellung von Anwendungshilfen, Unterstützung im Arbeitsalltag sowie Durchführung von Einweisungen und Schulungen bei Bedarf
