## About the Role

* Strong software engineering fundamentals.
 * Excellent architectural thinking and system design skills.
 * Experience building in startups or high-growth environments.
 * Comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously.
 * Passion for building with AI and modern AI development workflows.
 * Python and/or Go experience is helpful, but not essential.
 * Fluent English, German highly advantageous

What matters most
