 * Du besitzt Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, PySpark, SAS, SQL) und hast Lust, Dich in neue Technologien und Tools einzuarbeiten (z. B. PySpark, Azure Synapse).
 * Du verfügst möglichst über praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung von AI-Verfahren (z.B. Machine Learning, LLM).
 * Kreativität, um bekannte Themen neu zu denken und Innovationspotenzial auszuschöpfen
 * Erfahrungen in der Projektkoordination oder in themenfokussierten Projekten wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
