The position reports to the Program Manager over the effort and collaborate together to meet the requirements of the client. This role owns the technical health of a complex communications and data management platform that connects thousands of physical security screening devices across hundreds of federalized locations to enterprise IT systems nationwide. The Technical Lead is accountable for technical decisions and delivery outcomes across steady-state Operations and Maintenance, Enhancement delivery, and Mission Support service lines. This person sets the architectural direction, leads the SAFe/DevSecOps Agile Release Train, and ensures every release lands in production secure, accessible, and on schedule.
