## About the Role

Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Entry-level IT experience preferred (0-1 year)

 * Customer service experience is a plus, * High school diploma or equivalent required, * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
 * Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
 * Ability to learn technical terminology and new systems quickly
 * Comfortable using technology and navigating applications
 * Familiarity with commonly used apps and social media platforms is a plus
 * Ticketing system experience is not required
 * Willingness to learn, grow, and excel in a technical support environment

## Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to internal employees, assisting with system access, reservation support, and application-related questions.

 * Assist with:
 * Reservation-related issues
 * Application and system questions
 * New hire access requests
 * Handle inbound phone support and email communication
 * Transfer external callers to the appropriate department when necessary
 * Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration
 * Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while troubleshooting basic technical issues

Training

 * Comprehensive paid training program lasting approximately 4 weeks
 * Candidates with strong technical aptitude may begin taking supervised calls within 2 weeks
 * Training includes:
 * Introduction to company systems and applications
 * Shadowing experienced team members
 * Hands-on learning and live support practice
