## About the Role

Buscamos profesionales con al menos 3 años de experiencia en operación de observabilidad/monitorización en entornos Cloud e híbridos (AWS/Azure/GCP y on-prem), con foco en automatización y AIOps/NoOps., * Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o equivalente.

 * Certificaciones: Dynatrace/Datadog. Deseable certificación Associate de entre los diferentes cloud vendor AWS/Azure/GCP y de Terraform (Associate 003).
 * Deseable conocimiento en scripting (Python/Bash) y CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps).

 * Deseable conocimiento en Kubernetes (EKS/AKS; Helm/DaemonSet), Ansible, Splunk (HEC), integraciones (CrowdStrike/Nozomi).
 * Deseable conocimiento en AIOps (anomalías, correlación, reducción de ruido) y NoOps (monitors-as-code, autodiscovery, guardrails).
 * Inglés avanzado (capaz de mantener comunicación fluida con equipos internacionales (C1).

## Description

* Operar y dar soporte L2/L3 a plataformas (Dynatrace/Datadog/Zabbix y/o similares) y ejecutar tareas de troubleshooting y resolución de incidencias.
 * Diseñar/operar pipelines de telemetría (métricas, logs, trazas, OpenTelemetry) y synthetics (HTTP/API/network).
 * Definir alertas, dashboards, workflows y runbooks. Deseables conocimientos en orquestación de autorremediación (Lambda/Azure Functions/RunCommand/Webhooks).
 * Integración con ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira): creación/actualización/cierre de tickets y enriquecimiento (CI/impacto/prioridad).
 * War-rooms, post-mortems y mejora continua. Disponibilidad para realizar turnos y guardias on-call.
