The Information Technologies (IT) Applications Enterprise Release Manager will: Provide oversight for all software releases within the Information Technologies Division (ITD) and direct the ITD change control process; Supervise staff responsible for the daily operations of the quality assurance and testing team; Manage hiring, retention, career development, and performance evaluation for direct reports, ensuring employees meet established standards and expectations; Ensure all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with organizational constraints and requirements; Maintain accountability for multiple applications and quality assurance/testing teams; Utilize Enterprise Tracker software to administer and monitor all software releases within ITD. How does it get done?
