## About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, growth-minded engineer who loves the challenge of productionizing AI, values clean code, and is eager to develop their skills alongside a world-class team., * Experience: Initial hands-on experience or relevant academic/project background in IT or Engineering, focusing on AI/ML and software development.

 * Technical Foundation: Solid proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of foundational AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering basics.
 * MLOps & Cloud Exposure: Basic familiarity or exposure to tools like Azure ML, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud-based deployment environments.
 * Delivery Muscle: Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively within a team.
 * Languages: Full professional proficiency in English.

The Nice-to-Haves:

 * French fluency is strongly preferred and will make collaborating with key regional teams a breeze!
 * Prior exposure to chemistry, formulation, or the fragrance & flavor industry.

## Description

You will actively participate in the design, development, and automation of workflows, learning modern best practices while ensuring everything runs smoothly and predictably., * Contribute high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines under the guidance of senior technical team members.

 * Support the implementation and maintenance of MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model monitoring.
 * Participate in the technical design and optimization of scalable AI solutions, aligning your work with modern software engineering best practices.
 * Work within an Agile framework to help translate research into predictable production value while maintaining compliance with data guidelines.
 * Collaborate with technical teammates to better understand business challenges and transform them into technical requirements.
