## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field
 * 8+ years of experience in data center, server, or infrastructure solutions in a presales or technical sales role

Preferred Requirements:

 * Strong handson experience with compute architectures, including GPU clusters; conceptual knowledge of storage and networking
 * Experience translating complex technical needs into commercially viable solutions
 * Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage
 * Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highdemand environment
 * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
 * Willingness to travel within the US

## Description

* Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts
 * Translate customer technical requirements into highlevel solution concepts and Lenovobased architectures
 * Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and commercial proposals
 * Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proofofconcept activities
 * Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve complex requirements or escalations
 * Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams
 * Evangelize Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies
 * Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority
