The **Principal Systems Engineer** provides technical leadership for complex ENT system development programs. This role is responsible for defining system architecture, translating clinical and business needs into system requirements, and ensuring effective integration across hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical subsystems. The individual partners closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations to deliver safe, effective, and compliant medical device systems that support ENT surgical procedures.
