## About the Role

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Can you do it all? We are looking for a Digital Media professional with at least 5 years of experience. You will need to know video production (camera, sound, lighting), video editing (long form, shorts, ads, PSAs), graphic design (create fliers for events), social media (posting and management of brand identity), and Wordpress (keep the website up to date with events and community partners). We have a sound studio and all the equipment, we just need a creative mind to run with it. Are you plugged into social media and up to date on trends? ## Description

* Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills. Your motion gfx, graphic design, color correction, and sound design are professional-grade.
 * You have an ownership mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a gap and fill it.
 * You are quick on your toes (improvisation is necessary) In the words of the great Bruce Lee, "Be like water"!
 * You are IT and have the portfolio to prove it.
 * You are a weekend warrior (events take place on Saturdays)

What You'll Do

Video Production & Editing

 * Film and edit weekly content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
 * Create long-form videos, shorts, ads, and PSAs
 * Produce "Lawyer Reacts" and community-driven content

Social Media Management

 * Manage daily posting, comments, DMs, and engagement
 * Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms
 * Stay on top of trends and implement quickly

Graphic Design

 * Design event flyers and promotional graphics (high volume)
 * Create digital ad assets (photo + motion graphics)

Event Coverage & Community

 * Capture photo/video at events (especially weekends)
 * Collaborate with motorcycle clubs and community partners
 * Help grow relationships through content

Legal Media Support

 * Assist with trial prep (clip depositions, bodycam footage)
 * Create content highlighting case wins and outcomes

Website Updates

 * Update events and partner content via WordPress

Schedule

 * Full-time role
 * Weekend availability required (events)
 * Heavier event schedule in May and October
