Übernahme der Betreuung und Administration von komplexen Windows-Server-Landschaften, hauptsächlich auf Basis der Windows Server Cloud-/Linux Durchführung von Troubleshooting, inkl. Analyse von technischen Problemen Sicherstellung einer eines reibungslosen Ablaufs sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehenden Linux-Serverinfrastruktur Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie die Administration von Netzwerkkomponenten und Storagesystemen Planung von Updates und Systemerweiterungen des Weiteren Anfertigung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
