 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industrienahen Softwareentwicklung, gerne in leitender Funktion
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und Softwaredesign
 * Kenntnisse von Methoden im Projekt- und Qualitätsmanagement
 * Ein hohes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Projekte bedeuten vor allem eines: Es geht rund - und Du bist mittendrin. Denn bei Dir laufen die Fäden zusammen. Du bist Initiator, Koordinator, Motivator und dank Dir und Deinem Team wird das Projekt erfolgreich. Das bedeutet konkret:

 * Führung des Entwicklungsteams
 * Vielfältige Einsatzgebiete im Industrieumfeld
 * Anforderungsanalyse, Konzeptionierung kundenspezifischer Lösungen und deren Umsetzung
 * Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Entwicklungsabteilung als Berater, Sparringspartner und Ideenlieferant
 * Koordinierung, Planung und Steuerung komplexer Software-Projekte entsprechend den Zielvorgaben (Zeit, Kosten, Qualität)
