 * Serviceorientierung und Geduld - auch wenn die Kolleg*innen zum dritten Mal nach dem WLAN-Passwort fragen

## Description

* Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung aller Arbeitsplätze (MacBooks, Windows-PCs, Monitore, Peripheriegeräte)
 * Administration und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (WLAN, LAN, Switches, Firewall, VPN)
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung der Server-Infrastruktur (lokaler GPU-Server, NAS, Backup-Systeme)
 * IT-Onboarding und -Offboarding: Einrichtung und Rücknahme von Geräten, Accounts und Zugängen
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für alle Mitarbeiter*innen bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
 * Verwaltung von SaaS-Lizenzen und Benutzerkonten (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Shopify etc.)
 * Bestandsverwaltung und Beschaffung von IT-Hardware und -Zubehör
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit: Endpoint-Security, Passwort-Management, Backup-Strategien
 * Betreuung der Drucker, Scanner und Lager-IT (Barcode-Scanner, Label-Drucker, Pixi-WMS-Terminals)
