Integrations & Automation * Develop REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. * Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Okta, SCCM, LDAP, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, AWS, Jira, and monitoring tools. * Build orchestration workflows and automation solutions using IntegrationHub and Flow Designer. * Develop inbound/outbound integrations and MID Server configurations. * Automate incident, request, change, asset, and problem management processes. ITSM / ITOM / CMDB * Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. * Implement CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM capabilities. * Support Asset Management and Software Asset Management processes. * Maintain CMDB data quality, governance, and relationship mapping. * Support event management and operational monitoring integrations. Agile Delivery & Collaboration * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders. * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and support documentation. * Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production support.
