 * Experiencia previa en soporte técnico (mínimo 1 año)

* Resolución de incidencias de primer nivel (hardware, software y accesos)
 * Atención y soporte a usuarios en presencial
 * Escalado de incidencias a niveles superiores cuando corresponda
 * Preparación y mantenimiento de equipos
 * Gestión de usuarios en entornos Microsoft (Active Directory/Microsoft Azure)
 * Configuración de periféricos (impresoras, móviles, etc.)
 * Registro y documentacion de incidencias en herramienta de ticketing
 * Documentación de procedimientos para mejorar la operatividad del equipo.
