The Opportunity As a dedicated Senior Security Experience Designer, you will drive work within high-performing, cross-organizational teams by applying advanced knowledge and experience in the practice of human-centered design. Synthesize the work of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unified design vision for complex Member and Employee experiences in a data-informed, agile environment. Demonstrate the value of design by building trust-based relationships that influence the alignment of stakeholders across projects, teams, and functions. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
