## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
 * Proficient Spanish and English (C1 - C2)
 * Good command of Windows O/S
 * Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience
 * Wireless networking knowledge
 * Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations
 * Experience with Active Directory
 * Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts

Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and support enterprise IT operations with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to develop your IT career.

Working on-site in Madrid from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

What will you do:

 * Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
 * Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
 * Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
 * Manage Active Directory tasks.
 * Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
