## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachbereiche Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT / Informationssysteme, Infrastruktur oder Softwareentwicklung
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Directory Security (Hardening) sowie zu ITIL-Prozessen und Root-Cause-Analysen
 * Erfahrung mit dem LDAP-Protokoll von Vorteil
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement, in der Administration von Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO) und im Change Management
 * Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
 * Sehr guter Umgang mit Windows und MS-Office
 * Fortgeschrittener Umgang mit PowerShell und der Erstellung komplexer Scripte zur Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Aufbau von Designs sowie freigegebene Architekturen und Lösungen innerhalb dedizierter nationaler Projekte
 * Verantwortung für den Betrieb der entsprechenden IAM-Lösungen (Monitoring, Ticketbearbeitung, Change Requests, Problem Management, Backup / Recovery usw.)
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projekt- und Betriebsdokumentation in Bezug auf Designs und Architekturen
 * Beratung des Teams und der Fachbereiche zu der Technologie und Methodik
 * Überwachung neuer Technologietrends und Unterstützung anderer operativer Teams bei deren Einführung
 * Erarbeitung fundierter Empfehlungen für Anpassungen von Designs, Architekturen und Prozessen auf Basis identifizierter Verbesserungspotenziale
