Preferred: * Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA A+, or Network+ certification., * Exposure to varying conditions including weather, confined spaces, noise, dust, chemicals/fumes, heights, and secondhand smoke. * Requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs., physical agility, balance, coordination, and dexterity for handling IT equipment. * Involves extended periods of mobility, standing, and occasional overtime or extended hours. * Requires concentration, analytical thinking, and decision-making under time pressure. ## Description The Information Technology Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining in-house technology equipment and IT/AV assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading corporate hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance.
