Partner Implementation Manager As a Partner Implementation Manager, you will nurture collaborative relationships with our partners to expand Perk's capabilities across third-party systems. You will manage 30-40 partner-led projects, coordinating, owning, and proactively collaborating to deliver successful outcomes. What you'll do - Serve as the main point of contact for Service Partners, supporting them with implementation projects. - Lead service enablement training and coaching, ensuring partners have the necessary tools and resources. - Investigate partner support tickets, provide configuration guidance, and share best practices. - Monitor partner project portfolios, providing guidance for successful delivery
and risk management. - Manage the overall Service Partner project portfolio to meet targets and drive customer satisfaction. - Act as the point of escalation for customers and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to remove roadblocks. - Provide input for regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Proactively track and update project progress in Salesforce and other tools to ensure transparency and avoid surprises. - Validate project risks directly with customers and confirm proposed partner solutions. - Join customer escalation calls and collaborate with internal teams to unblock issues quickly. - Lead and nurture the Partner Community, sharing best practices, updates, and fostering engagement. What you'll need - University degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional service consulting, customer success, or service partner management-preferably in the FinTech
