 * Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams

 * Experience in fast-growing, high-paced environments
 * Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries welcomed

## Description

* Define and execute the company's overall technology roadmap aligned with business growth and international expansion
 * Lead development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across the business
 * Lead and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary technology organization (engineering, infrastructure, platform)
 * Own end-to-end technology architecture across patient-facing products and internal operational systems
 * Oversee development of digital platforms supporting clinics, patient journeys, CRM, and scheduling systems
 * Drive integration between clinical workflows and digital systems to ensure seamless operations
 * Build and scale data infrastructure enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision making
 * Drive automation across key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
 * Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture across all markets
 * Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system reliability
 * Establish and enforce best practices in software development and engineering standards
 * Ensure compliance with data protection and healthcare regulations (e.g. GDPR)
 * Implement robust cybersecurity, governance, and risk management frameworks
 * Partner closely with Operations, Clinical, and Commercial teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Drive digitalization across clinic operations and patient care processes
 * Act as a key technology advisor to executive leadership
 * Manage external vendors and technology partners where relevant
