 * Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments
 * Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives
 * Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or operational intelligence workflows
 * Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems, and operational dependencies
 * Proven ability to influence without direct authority
 * Experience operating in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations
 * Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred

## Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure and operational initiatives supporting OCI's rapid global expansion. This individual will operate as a highly strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for coordinating complex technical programs spanning data center infrastructure, AI-driven operational improvements, tooling initiatives, and executive-level delivery management., * Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across OCI

 * Drive execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery
 * Coordinate across engineering, operations, networking, capacity planning, and executive leadership teams
 * Develop scalable program governance, reporting, and risk management mechanisms
 * Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility
 * Manage program dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths across multiple organizations
 * Deliver executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates
 * Identify execution risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
 * Support organizational prioritization and operational decision-making
 * Operate effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments
