## About the Role

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration), Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

## Description

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID)
 * Verwaltung von Identitäten, Lizenzen, Gruppen und Berechtigungen inkl. Conditional Access und Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung
 * Umsetzung und Pflege von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien (Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, DLP)
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit PowerShell und Microsoft Graph
 * Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im gesamten M365-Umfeld (2nd/3rd Level)
 * Planung und Durchführung von Migrations- und Rollout-Projekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung des Supports als Eskalationsinstanz
